"Padarthabhavini" - Sanskrit - Absolute non-perception of objects; one of the seven stages of enlightenment.
This isn't quite what this term is referring to, although its along the same lines. But one of the easiest ways to experience bliss is to focus in on the present moment and change your mindset to that of an alien. What I mean is to alter your perception of your surroundings--every single thing in your visual field--to a point where you feel like you are seeing these things for the first time ever. You're not aware of the objects' names, you're not aware of their properties, or their purpose, or their function.
This technique is much easier to do in nature because the awe-inspiring beauty is amplified and the subtle frequencies are much better at allowing yourself to tune into this mind state of non-perception. After you begin consciously changing your way of seeing everything, your brain will fire the proper neurons to make this feeling genuine and it will keep blossoming until you feel complete bliss and realize that this reality before you, this is it, this is everything, you exist and you are living in the only reality that can be proven to exist, and everything you see is there just for you.
